The Rians’ Song Foundation was born from a place of profound loss and a commitment to prevention. Inspired by the tragic loss of our daughter to accidental fentanyl poisoning, our mission is to provide essential support services to young women and girls, including mental health counseling, drug prevention education, rehabilitation programs, and basic necessities.

If we haven't met yet, I am Phyllis Hannah Thompson, the Founder of the Rians' Song foundation and Rians' mother. But that is not the sum of me, I am also a certified integrative nutritionist, a personal trainer, menopause specialist and a published author. I specialize in helping people feel great in their bodies again. My signature "Hack Your Hormones" Workshop is an engaging and educational session that provides actionable strategies for a healthier, more energetic life.
